As an Accounts Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of the team responsible for keeping our financial operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll support all of our in-house brands—Events By Design, Sound By Design, Events to a T, Films By Design, and By Design Rentals—providing vital assistance with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor coordination. This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and thrives in a team-oriented, creative environment.
Skill + Availability Requirements
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling sensitive financial information with discretion
Comfort working with invoices, budgets, reconciliations, and expense reports
Bonus: Experience supporting multiple brands, departments, or creative teams
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday; flexibility required during busy event periods

As a Production Tech, you'll be an essential part of the team responsible for making each event happen - handling everything from gear prep and setup to live event execution and teardown. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes and takes pride in precision and professionalism.
Average Hourly Rate = $20/HR
Skill + Availability Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required (for operating fleet vehicles)
Well-rounded technical aptitude in AV and Production equipment and practices
Ability to regularly push/pull/lift equipment up to 50+ lbs
Comfortable working at heights (on ladders and lifts)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Capable of working as part of a team and independently
2+ years experience in professional AV or live event production preferred (or technical training/schooling background)
Flexibility required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and extended hours
